IDEAL BUSINESS FESTIVAL- 2018 (Season – 01)
The general student took the initiative to open a business club in Ideal School & College, 16 September 2017 the club successfully Commenced operations. This club is essential for students. For this initiative we got the opportunity to build up our business knowledge.
Ideal Club of Business Research & Entrepreneur Development (ICBRED) “Ideal Business Fesitval- 2018 (Season -01)” the first ever Business festival of Ideal School & College was in 2018. About two thousand participants build up their knowledge of business and prodigious business ideas. they achieved extensive wisdom about business and entrepreneurship.
Unfortunately In 2020 due to the covid-19 pandemic situation the club was run off. After the pandemic 23 November, 2023 club reopened and resumed club operations.
1st WORKSHOP OF ICRRED ON MANAGEMENT
The Ideal Club of Business Research & Entrepreneur Development (ICBRED)’s first workshop was about Management on 1 May,2019. Above 400 participants were present in the Workshop.They achieved extensive wisdom about management.
IMPORTANCE OF MANAGEMENT
Management is important for a company’s smooth operation and success. It provides planning, organization, and control that ensures efficient workflows, clear communication, and well-defined processes. This leads to improved productivity and reduced wasted resources.
Furthermore, business management supplies direction and guidance to motivate employees, align activities with organizational strategy, and adapt to changing environments. Without proper management, companies would struggle to function, achieve goals, or remain competitive in dynamic markets.
